Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our website and our services.
Information We Collect
We collect different types of personal information when you use our website and our services, including:
- Information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, and other contact information, when you create an account, or contact us.
- Information about how you use our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Information we receive from third-party analytics providers, such as PostHog, including information about your interactions with our website and your use of other websites.
- Information we collect through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device when you visit our website. We use cookies to remember your preferences, personalize your experience, and improve our website. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.
Use of Your Information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our website and services.
- To send you newsletters, updates, and other communications related to our services.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To analyze and monitor how you and other users use our website.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Sharing of Your Information
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers, such as email marketing providers and analytics providers, to help us provide and improve our services. We may also share your personal information with other third parties in the following circumstances:
- If we are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process.
- If we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
The sharing described in this section does not apply to mobile phone numbers or text message consent. Those are covered separately below and are never shared for anyone else's marketing.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you choose to receive text messages from us, we collect the mobile phone number you provide and a record of your consent, including when you gave it and the disclosure you agreed to. We use this to send the account notifications you opted into, such as reminders that your picks are about to lock.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell them. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers these messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Text messages are optional and off unless you turn them on. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off text notifications on your Profile page. Replying HELP returns our contact information.
We keep a record of your consent and any later withdrawal so we can show what you agreed to and when. That record is kept against the phone number rather than your account, and it outlives the account: if you delete your account, we still keep the history of what that number consented to and when it opted out. Keeping it is what lets us prove we honoured an opt-out, and stops a number that asked us to stop from being messaged again if it later appears on a new account. It is never used to contact you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can read the full program details, including sample messages, on our Text Reminders page.
Security of Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measures are 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to provide us with certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to use some of our services.
You may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@advncd.xyz.
User Authentication
If you register for an account with us, we may collect information to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, and password. This information is used to identify you as a registered user and to provide you with access to our website.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data:
- Log in to your account and navigate to your Profile page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Delete Account" section
